Our
Outside School Hours Care program provides developmental,
social and educational activities for school aged children
in a safe and nurturing environment in the school's Activity
Room. The Activity Room is located adjacent to the school
office, underneath B block.

POLICIES
& PROCEDURES
Yandina
OSHC has an extensive Policy and Procedures manual which can be
made available for you to read on enrolment of your child. For
easy referencing a copy is kept next to the sign in/out book on
the Parent Information Table.
ENROLMENT
Parents/guardians
are required to complete an enrolment
form and pay the $10 enrolment
fee before any child is to attend the service. A meeting
will
take place
on enrolment
of your
child.
Each
newly enrolled
family will receive a copy of the Parent Handbook and will be
given a rundown on basic operations such as staffing and
programming.
PHOTOGRAPHS
On
occasion your child may be photographed participating within the
day to day activities we provide at OSHC. These photos may be
displayed on walls as part of our programming process. When you
enrol you will also be asked to complete a Photograph
Permission form.
CHILD
CARE BENEFIT
Parents/guardians
are encouraged to contact the Dept of Families to register their
children in the Child Care Benefit scheme before they start attending
OSHC. The Child Care Benefit reduces the cost of BSC, ASC and
VC.
